Mechanical regulators rely on the eye and on habit, while gas, power and wire quietly go to waste. SWISS integrates a high-precision sensor + high-speed controller in one unit, turning every weld's current, gas flow and wire feed into computable data and locking gas flow to the set point, bead by bead. The hardware does sensing & control only — no AI onboard — and works standalone, saving gas on its own; add the software and AI lifts the saving a further notch.
